Google data accessed

With the owner's authorization, the app may access Gmail messages and labels and Google Sheets documents needed by configured workflows. Gmail message content can include transaction receipts. Some workflows may change Gmail read status or labels, or send an email when configured to do so.

How data is used and stored

The app processes this data only to run workflows chosen by the owner, including extracting and categorizing transactions, writing spreadsheet records, and sending configured notifications. Workflow settings, OAuth credentials, message identifiers, and execution records may be stored in Cloudflare services used by the app.

Sharing

When explicitly configured in a workflow, relevant content may be sent to an AI inference provider or Telegram to complete that workflow. The app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke Google access at any time in Google Account permissions. For questions or requests to delete stored workflow data, contact ajicayo16@gmail.com.
